G’day Gateway Refund Policy
1. Subscription Plans & Billing
G’day Gateway offers subscription-based services billed on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or annually, based on your selected plan).
By subscribing, you agree to automatic renewal until you cancel.
2. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team at ben@gdaygateway.com
Cancellation Timing: If you cancel before your next billing cycle, you will not be charged for the upcoming period.
Cancellations made after the billing date will apply to the following cycle.
3. Refund Eligibility
We strive to provide excellent service, but if you are unsatisfied, you may request a refund under the following conditions:
First-Time Subscription Refund: If you are a new customer and cancel within 48 hours of your initial purchase, you are eligible for a full refund.
Renewal Refunds: Refunds for subscription renewals are not guaranteed. However, if you contact us within 3 days of the renewal date, we may issue a partial or full refund at our discretion.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Partial Months: We do not offer refunds for partial months of service.
Promotional Discounts: Subscriptions purchased with discounts or special offers are non-refundable.
Custom or Tailored Services: Fees for bespoke or one-time services are non-refundable once rendered.
5. Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
