Our founder, Ben Nichol, moved to the US from Melbourne with no shortcuts and no playbook for how the American market actually works. That outsider's-eye view — what's obvious to locals but invisible to everyone else — is the entire reason this business exists.

The other half of the story is industrial: a background rooted in manufacturing and equipment supply, going back to a family business in Australia. That upbringing meant learning early that operations either work or they don't, and that the details are where everything is won or lost. That's why G'day Gateway is built the way it is: practical, hands-on, and allergic to unnecessary process.
